Together, we will help you plan and organize your trip to Patagonia. We will also be your hosts during your stay.
We can assure an excellent fly-fishing experience, including sight-seeing and professionally-prepared meals. Your Patagonia experience will be unforgettable!
We are both chefs and we always do our best to delight our guests with all of our meals.
The exquisite garden vegetable flavors fuse with meats and fish to make delicious food combinations. These delectable meals, combined with some of the best fly-fishing in the world, will create memories that will last a lifetime.
Our tables provide exquisite European-Patagonic food, homemade cheeses, red fruits maison marmalades and others; hare, partridge, trout, egg plant marinades, etc; smoked trout; delicious barbecues; filled pasta with wild mushrooms. We prepare our own desserts and a full range of liquors with the finest flavors. We will also prepare the well-known argentine “asados” (barbecue) and the “disco” (plow disc).
Our meals are complemented by a variety of excellent Argentinian wines.
While fishing in Rio Pico we are lodged in a private Estancia, located on the banks of the Rio Pico. An Argentina Waters chef will be available to provide the same excellent food in this location that you also receive in Esquel. This farm has a privileged location regarding fishing, as you can walk to most of the rivers. It will be an unforgettable experience in an unspoiled place - pristine and very “patagonico”!!!
Our new lodge, Le Fario, is situated on the coast of Laguna Larga, close to Los Alerces National Park.
